New images and details released over Hull’s £6m King William House development

25.02.2019

Hull's exciting new development is on track to open this summer.

Business space is now up for grabs at the £6m King William House development in Hull’s Old Town.

The units occupying King William House sit in the heart of Hull centre on High Street, in the middle of the city's residential zones and tourist attractions such as The Deep, the Fruit Market, Holy Trinity Minster, Museums Quarter, the Marina and Old Town.

King William House in Market Place has been largely empty for the past few years, but work is now entering its final stages to transform the former 1970s office block into a shopping arcade and 30 new apartments.

With a range of unit sizes available, there’s a chance for businesses both large and small to set up in the development.
