Overview

These proposals will provide specialist facilities for flats for assisted living within the existing building for people with learning disabilities. The aim is to offer nurturing environments for adults with learning disabilities in innovative, high quality housing accommodation designed to enable individuals to live as independently as possible within the community. The proposals also include ancillary facilities to enable the tenants supporters to meet in a communal hub when necessary and external individual gardens and communal garden spaces./p>
